What years and models had LH 3.1

I am looking to get a throttle position sensor off of a car with LH 3.1 because it is a potentiometer-type TPS (which I need for megasquirt). I want this because then I don't have to modify my throttle body. I heard that only the later 200-series cars got LH 3.1. Is this true? What years got 3.1?
