loaning out an extra volvo 120-130

So I now have two volvo 122'a and I was just thinking to myself today that perhaps I could loan one of them to a gal-friend that is car-less at this time. It would kind of be nice because I lack space to keep the extra one, and she could get some use of it and have it running from time to time rather than just sitting for long periods. Eventually I plan on doing a nice resto on it, but that'll have to wait until I get a better job.

Anyway, I was wondering to myself how I could work this out so that she could have it insured for her, but I of course would still own the title to it.

Has anybody had any experience with such an arrangement? This is Oregon by the way, in case that matters on a regional basis.
