Rear wiper--Intermittent mode not working. Relay? 700

I posted earlier today (http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=879490&show_all=1) about what appeared to be rear wiper on wagon not working.

Further investigation shows it is just the intermittent (delay) setting that gets stuck.

I took out the relay that controls the rear wiper (yellow; 1363516). Maybe it's worth looking inside for signs of cracked solder joints.
