AW71 shift toO/D speed in/out climbs after high speed driving 900 2003

I aon't know what to do next in trouble shooting the tranny in my 93 945 Turbo.
When the engine is cold or I am driving local short trips the tranny shifts ok.
After about 20 min-to 1/2 hour of high speed highway driving, or the same time in slow stop and go city driving the shift point in to=and out of overdrive goes from about 42 mph to 50 or more and somtimes it is nessesary to get the rpm's up to over 4000-4500, then back of the gas to shift to O/D. it also will downshift as soon as the speed drops below 50 mph. I have a new kickdown cable,(it didnt help) new O/d Solinoid and have powerflushed the tranny twice. all to no avail.
What shoul I do next? Get anothe transmission from the p& p and take a chance that it will work or is there something left to troubleshoot?
Any help from transmission gug's out there will be greatly appreciated.
