245 Rough at Cold Start? 200 1993

My 1993 245 with 75K has developed a cold start issue where I believe it runs rough/rich for a couple of minutes and is then fine. I've done easy things like clean ICV, check for vaccum leaks (which i did find and replace a cut tube going to the charcoal cannister), checked the diagnostics-no fault codes stored. Changed plugs and airfilter for good measure

I was thinking about measuring the resistance of the Temp sensor, but thought that if it was faulty it would probably show during the ECU diagnostics. Anything else I should check before giving up and taking it to my mechanic?
