I found my short set on eBay (~$350 for it and a pair of DCOE 40's). AFAIK the short runners are tuned for an improbably high rpm for best resonance - I'm using them just for clearance in the front of the tapered PV engine compartment. The longer tubes on the longer manifolds bring the resonant frequency to a more reasonable level.
