What can cause Start, Stumble & Stall ? 200

My 1980 240 B21 K-Jet FI starts and idles fine when cold.
When at operating temperature it will stumble (shake) and stall out right after starting.
This will only happen after letting the car sit for 10 or 15 minutes and then restating.
If I turn the engine off and restart immediately it works fine.
Any ideas?
