Mixed clutch bits 120-130

OK, folks thanks for your inputs!
Sorry that I'm not a confirmed enough mechanic to start fiddling with my tranny. No tools either, and no know-how, as I said. I'll first try to follow my therory as I badly need to change the release bearing, your inputs leaving me with little hope :):), and if nothing improves, I'll keep depressing my clutch twice when I switch gears! One day I'll learn how to fix an M41 or be rich enough to have it done by a pro!
