Having a hard time getting and keeping the engine warm in the morning 200 1989

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips or what I may need to fix to solve the following problem:
My car starts up fine in the morning but after going a few blocks, it has a hard time accelerating from a stop. I only commute about 3 miles so it seems that is not enough to warm up. It all started about 1 month ago yet the typical morning temperature has only been 40-58 degrees. I was able to garage it the past 2 wks when my roommate was outta town and I did not experience this problem. It doesn't happen unless the car sits overnight outside and I start it early in the morning. I know that the fuel filter and fuel pump were changed about 9 months ago by the previous owner. As far as I know the battery is also fine (at least that's what the lube place said). Any ideas as to what the problem could be?
Also I have two other problems:
1)The right taillight assembly only has a working turn signal everthing else on it is dead. I have changed fuses and bulbs to no avail....electrical wiring or the circuit plate?

2)I have started to notice leaks on the drive way..possibly oil, although my oil is filled to the top as is my ATF. No leaks until just yesterday after I drove about 200 miles. I touched the spot the substance seemed like the color of motor oil and was greasy, but was odorless. Any suggestions as to wear the leak could be originating?
Thanks for any input!! :)
