This is just the worst, water pump leaking S90-V90

now I gotta go back in and replace the dang thing. Do I have to take the timing belt completly back off or can it be worked around after taking the tensioner and pully's off. Will the small leak I have hurt the timing belt that was just put on. Last water pump lasted 140m miles no problem, changed it to be safe . This one has less than 70m, go figure.
Thanks
Poolman
