Summer 'Clean Up' Help. 200 1985

Greetings all,
I am soon to have plenty of spare time on my hands, and i am going to attempt a general tidy up and 'renewal' of my engine (B32E). Coming into a very hot Australian summer, i would hate to see anything go arse-up.

Recently, it has been running quite rough, running very warm and sluggish- well, more than normal. Its only got 336,000km on the clock, but i figure it might be time for some TLC. Any suggestions of things i should do? I am only a relative newbie, not wealthy, and only a young'un, but any help would be awesome.

Many Thanks in Advance,
Chris.
