Initial hard idle oscillation at startup/warmup when cold 200 1989

My 1989 245 DLA (138k miles) exhibits hard, cyclic idle oscillation for 30 sec-2 min when I start the car in the cold (25-40 degrees F) morning after sitting out all night. The exhaust also seems richer than normal during this period. Afterwards, the engine settles into its proper idle and stays thereafter for the day. I just had the TB and IAC cleaned, and new injectors/seals, sparks (iridium), intake manifold gasket, and distributor/rotor installed. The O2 sensor is less than a year old, and the AMM is about 4 years old. Any ideas? Thanks!
