Oil filter housing leaks on 89 745 turbo 700

I would like to change the o ring between the oil filter housing and the block...Q:what size is the lone bolt that holds it on and what is the torque setting. It looks like a real tight spot....any advice on removal and reinstallation would be appreciative. Also the connections to the oil cooler lines need o ring/crush washer replacement but I have tried to turn the connectors and a see the oil line to the cooler is being torqued and the fitting is not budging even with a cheater bar. I am afraid that I will break the oil cooler line. Any thoughts?? I dont mind applying alot of power but I just dont want to screw it up and break the line. The FAQs dont address this. Thanks. db
