Noticable Kickdown 2nd-1st on 'new' 98 V90 S90-V90

Well I've logged about 800 miles or so on this V90 I just got. It's got a bit of noticable kickdown at exactly 20mph as I slow down. Shifting during acceleration is flawless...smooth as glass. I'm thinking a sticky valve in the trans. Any suggestions. I know, I know the sooner I get a good flush and fill..most likely with synthetic trans fluid, the sooner the car will shift smoothly...if that's all it is. I should have the service records by Weds. latest so I can tell when the trans. fluid was changed last. What else can it be? Also, what type of shocks/struts does the 98 V90 use?
Last but not least guys, where the hell is the oil filter on this baby?
Not where it is on my 940's!!
