E-code headlight conversion...... 700 1991

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering; If I were to buy 760/940/960 european market headlights (such as this kit: http://www.eurosporttuning.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=EST&Product_Code=300-009-EHK) for my '91 745T, would I only need the '88+ 760 style headlight buckets and grill to convert from the '90+ non-foglight front end? Would I need the trim piece that goes along the top of the bumper under the headlights/grill? I know the headlight wiring would have to be changed, and that doesn't seem like a big deal. Does anyone know how much better the e-code lights are? They certainly look better!
