Missing under acceleration??? (list of what I’ve done so far) 200

I have done extensive work on my Daughters 1980 240 DL. It is now running much better than before but still has a slight misfire/missing under acceleration. This missing won’t happen every time but is intermittent and the same with gas tank full or low.
Another possible symptom is after sitting and during warm starts only the engine will stumble and shake for about the first 10 seconds after starting and then smoothes out some but still ruff idle.
Here is a list of what I’ve done so far.

Can anyone suggest what els i might check?
Thanks

R&R complete engine wiring harness
R&R In-tank fuel-pump and filter screen (this was dead)
R&R External fuel pump (this was half dead and screaming)
R&R fuel accumulator (this was leaking gas out vent tube)
R&R fuel filter (severely clogged)
R&R spark plugs, dist. cap, rotor and wires
R&R fuel injector seals
R&R all small diameter vacuum hoses
Set timing (had to slightly retard due to slight pinging at high RPM)

I did check injectors and they spray a pretty good angle but somewhat one sided
(very shallow angle and one sided at idle and then fans out somewhat at higher RPM’s).
