Pilot bearing failure? 200 1992

Trouble in paradise... the '92 245 is getting *real* hard to shift. Within the last week, it's even hard to pull it *out* of gear on occasion, and intermittently the car will 'crawl' at a stop light when I'm in 1st but with the clutch in. The PO replaced the clutch at about 100K but from the receipt it looks like the pilot bearing was not replaced. The car is now at about 185K. I'm resigned to a full clutch job (can't tackle it myself) when the symptoms become unbearable, but... any suggestions?
