In my experience, you won't need an alignment after front control arm bushings. Or at least, you won't need one any more than you need one NOW, and if it's been over a year, it's probably due for a check anyway.
The rear bushings, if bad, can affect the tracking of the rear axle, and therefore the center thrust line of the car. That usually screws the alignment up a little but again it would be more likely to be off now, and closer to correct when it's fixed.
Note that front ones can be done with basic regular tools- rears require special tools and spacers to keep from bending the ears on the rear axle housing.
