'89 b230ft outlet fitting at block to heater control valve is leaking 700 1989

To the brickboard again ..... Can't find this in faq's
outlet fitting, at block, for hose from block to heater control valve is leaking between the fitting and the block. Appears the fitting is press fit into block? Can the fitting to block "connection" be resealed? Seem's to me jb weld fixed a leak like this for me once b4.

Can't be resealed? how do I get the fitting out of the block to replace it? I assume after the fitting's removed a new fitting is tapped into the block with a rubber mallet or block of wood?
Thanks
