Fix or junk, body work on a 240.. 200

I have a rust free 83 240DL in NC, it's an AZ car.
Trouble is the drivers fender and door were damaged.
Previous owner slid foreward into a firetruck last winter
and bent up fender and peeled the door skin back a bit.

Fast foreward to my owening it.
Got a fender, got a door, about to mount door, discover
hinges bent in slightly, 1/4 inch maybe.
Now, I'm a competant mechanic, have done so profesionaly, I
now sell parts for a living. But I'm not a body man.
Is this the kind of thing you can reliably *fix* and have your door shut and align correctly, or is it just time to strip everything good and find
another body? I can post photos if anyone is really curious.

Thank you..
