rare 240 carb

Today I was in the local wreaker yard and low and behold there was a 1982 240 DL with a single solex carberator, instead of K jetronic. I knew that Volvo made 80, 81, B21B carberated 240s but the only ones I've seen are SUs. Has anyone seen one of these? Next, would the intake and carb, gas pedal cable plus a fuel pump be all that will be needed to convert from fuel injected? What about the head, wiring harness, exhaust, etc.? K jet parts are becoming scarce in the great white north.
