Crazy lights and Battery not charging 85 240 DL Volvo 200

Here we go again, and thanks to everyone who has been helping!

Okay, I put in a new rebuilt altenator from a reputable place, had Schucks recharge my battery.

It started and seemed Volvo happy until a hour or two later when I was driving home and it died once again. The battery was drained because my friend and I couldn't even jump start it.

Before then, I noticed that my left turn signal blinked faster than the right, and when I turned on the left signal all my lights in my tail lights blinked also.

I put in the altenator correctly according to the manual and to the advice I've received here. HELP!
