Dewfpo, swaybar link bushing question S90-V90

Just had a thought (which can be a dangerious thing)checked my bushings just now and they are indeed shot. Is this just a bolt on deal, do I need to put a jack under the sway bar to take tension off the bar when I make the changes and will I need to have the front end realined after doing so? I bought the bushings quiet awhile back and low and behold they are right where I left them, in this house that, is truly a remarkable thing in it on right. Hope your well and thanks for all the good posts.

Ps the part # on the bushings I have are as follows 1205991 when I ordered these from Grotten these were the parts they sent hope they are right.
