Replacing 960 Suspension, What Bushings? S90-V90

Alright, I'm totally replacing my 1997 960's suspension. I have new coil springs, new struts, new shocks, a new leaf spring and a new rear stabilizer bar en route from Sweden. Now, I'm just assuming that this stuff doesn't come with accessories, like bushings or brackets.

Will the new sway bar come with end links?
Should I replace the front sway bar end links?
Should I replace the lower control arm bushings?
Should I replace all the sway bar bushings?

Is there any other part or bushings that need to be changed while I'm having this done? It's all being done by the dealer. I'm already at $1000 worth of parts, and $400 worth of labor, but I plan on sticking with all OE parts from Volvo. I might be pursuaded to get sway bar end links from FCP Groton since they're about $40 cheaper each than the Volvo ones...

BTW, for those with interest, it's a racing suspension. Although I really have no clue what I'm getting. I got minimal information before handing the cash over. In recent communications, I've been told that this kit includes nivomats, but I'm just not sure. They would certainly be cheap nivomats, seeing as how the whole rear kit only cost $540...
