740 Engine/trans swap! 700

I have an 85 740DL with 356K with the infamous "ZF" tranny. I would like to swap engine/trans from a 89 740 DL wagon (150K) into the 85 740. They both have B-230's but newer trans is a "AW" trans. How difficult of a swap is this? Anything major i need to be aware of (electrical: in particular the computer or mechanical)?
