alternator bracket B230F 200 1986

The bracket on my alternator broke late last month and I went down to Volvo and bought virtually every part in the book for the top bracket that attaches to the front of the engine. While at Volvo I asked for a print off of the parts page for the items I received. They supplied one and it shows the tensioning arm being located behind the alternator. The alternator I have on the car has the tensioning arm located in front of the alternator. What's wrong with my car?
