cold start problem 200 1989

Sounds like a wiring problem. Did you check the coolant temp sensor to ground?
maybe had a short to the body in the wiring harness after the swap. Look for the obvious, like broken or cracked harness sleeves etc. Did the donor engine have the black temp sensor or the gray sensor? IIRC the black is for -89 with LH 2.4

I would love to get the front door pockets crack free, OEM front door speaker grills, center console coin tray (not console itself) and the rectangular trim rings around the door latches. I may also want the glovebox if the switch/latch is working. Please e-mail me.
