How to pull int/exh studs, and where to find new ones? 200

This is for a 230F in a 89 245.

I know where to buy exh. studs, but what about intake studs? I am swapping in a new head and dont want to be stranded with no studs. Can I get them out? I dont have a stud puller, can i rent one from autozone? AND I know Im annoying here asking questions, but can i use the 2 nuts, one upside down and pull the studs out that way without a puller? (nuts locked against each other?)
