Could be a vacuum leak; check the snorkel between the air mass meter and the throttle body for tears of perforations, especially on the underside.

Also, check the fuel pressure regulator. With the engine off, pull the vacuum line off it and sniff it - if you get a raw gas smell, replace it. Check under the hood and also under the car for any sign of a fuel leak.
