1991 940 SE Accessory Electrical Issues -Relay or Ignition Switch? 900 1991

My 1991 940 SE has an electrical problem, the electric seats, lighter, rear window wiper, and heat/ac all stopped working yet all other accessories (radio, dash lights, windows, etc. work). Fuses appear OK & have been checked with new fuses. I suspect this is the accessory relay but could be the ignition switch. Any pertinent info would be appreciated.

Also, the fuse box is located on the end of the dash (driver's side). Are the relays still behind the ashtray? If so should I access it through the front of the console (ashtray area)? Seems to me it is as easy to remove the plastic panel on the passenger side for access ....make sense?

Thanks for your reply!
