Best solution is to replace the wheel cylinder. Second best is to soak real well with PB B;aster or the like and hope an easy-out will get it. Bleeder nipples are readily available at local parts places.

MC cap is available on-line. I typed in ATE brakes and followed along 'till I found a supplier.
