obd error codes (strange problem) intermittant. ECT sensor, EZK control module

So, i am stumped. To start with, my engine light comes on. At first i thought that it was the old O2 sensor problem again that i have had before. Checked that, no prob there. Then i did the codes and i got a ECT sensor fault, so being that it is a cheap part, i changed it. Car ran great for a while. then back to the same problem. engine light comes on and i get an error code for the following:

Signal missing to/from coolant temp. sensor

EZK ignition control module faulty

this happens after about running a full tank of gas through the car or about 200 miles.

rest the car by disconnecting the battery and the cycle starts again. no engine light for 200 miles.

i am on my third cycle of this happening.

what gives?

grounding fault?

any input would be great!!!

thanks
sean
