Mobil 1 makes a 5/40 oil that would offer better engine protection at sustained high speeds for you than the 5/30 or 10/30. It is marketed here as 'Truck and SUV' oil, but is a very popular viscosity oil for cars in Europe. I use the Shell Rotella T syn 5/40 year round in my 240, only because it is cheaper and easier to find than the Mobil 5/40.
