Rich Volvo 200 1988

I have been having an on going problem with my DL, it is runing too dam rich and me and my mechanic are stumpt, we have replace the O2 sensor, check the coolent sensor, replaced the spark plugs and tested the fuel presser regulater, all where in check we allso replaced the intake hose and cleaned the intake, flame trap, and TB. What in the hell is causing it to run rich, the ECU? Yes there is a strong smell of gas in the oil but it has not risen or drop any, and no there is no smoke from the tail pipe. If I have much more money to get this dam car runing right, I will send the "Tank" to the cruser and buy me a Chevy Pickup. LOL.

Thanks,
Ace
