I have the same problem, but I'd call mine more than a dimple... :-\ Long story short, I was standing up there, and a little later my friend ran over it. Longer story available upon request, although it isn't that great.

But yeah, I've got a bigger than that dent, and I can't get it to pop out either. I think I made it a little better by sitting on the back bench with my back on the bottom cushion and pushing up with my feet on the ceiling. But it's still pretty darn bad...
