In addition to the good advise given by the previous responder--Id also check the plug to the amm--carefully remove it and clean it with compressed air if available to you and inspect the connection for possible corrosion. I say this as Iv had this problem from time to time over the years on our 945 turbo and it was a matter of just removing the connection -checking it out as desribed above--re attaching and would be ok for 8-12 months. Other than that-had a bad coil give me similar problems--the coild would get super hot--and problems similar as yours. Good luck ...
