B23F Plug differences, power, timing, etc. 200 1984

Tonight I pulled the new plugs I installed last month. I notice they are fairly white on the electrode: not overly, but there is a white tinge to the electrode. The car lacks power although it has been tuned, timed, throttle valve and body cleaned, new injector seals, etc. I installed a VX cam and adjustable cam timing gear (set at 4 degrees retard for upper RPM boost). All in all, I think I have less pwer than when I stated. It also stumbles after starting in subzero temps, although I recently changed the temp sensor, which seemed to help. I run on regular gas and the car does not pink. Timing is set at about 13 degrees advance.
All indications are that it is running lean.
The plugs I have are Bosche W7DC. Bentley says the car requires WR7DS. What is the difference between these plugs?
TIA
JD
