Fuel pump problems....please help 700 1989

Hello-

I have a 1989 740GL that died at a stop light a couple days ago. I pulled up to the light stopped, and the car died. It was still turning over, and the battery was delivering full power and so I realized it was not getting fuel. The car has 180K and we have had it since about 90k I assumed it was the fuel pump since it had never been replaced. So, without testing it I replaced it. The car still didn't start and was not getting fuel. So, first I noticed it wasn't pressuring up when I turned the car on. So, I tested the power leads with a meter and there was nothing. So, I replaced the fuel pump relay even though it was replaced in 2000. I still do not have power at the fuel pump.

Any ideas on what else could be wrong and where to check?

Thanks in advance!!

Matt
