How do you remove the fuel injectors B230F engine show me the light 200 1990

I have a fault code of 2-3-2 Fuel system compensating for lean air/fuel mixture at idle, and 1-1-3 Fault in fuel injectors, the 1-1-3 causing the check engine light to come on. Had this problem a week ago put in valvoline fuel injector cleaner and a tank fuel of high octane and the car began to run very smooth and the check engine light went out. I then put in a tank of mid grade 89 octane. This week end I replaced the brake line junction block removing the air intake hose and air mass meter to the throttle body in the process, and now I have the rough idle again. Is it the mid grade fuel or did I possibly do something to the AMM or the air intake hose.

My concern rises from the fact that I just read either a post on this site or in the Bently service manual that I should not put High octane in combination with injector cleaner because this might leak and bypass the piston and get into the crankcase oil.

I do not have a spare set of injectors on hand.

What to do, what to do? That is the question.

Please help
