Starter and positive wire

Hey there....


So there is supposed to be heavy 4 guage wire that goes from battery to starter.
Thing is, i don't have one.
The starter was replaced about a month ago, and i guess the shop that did it never replaced it or put one back in.

So that being said, which terminal does it go to?

Here is a link of the starter contacts and stuff.

Does it go on that bottom bolt?
