What cam do I have? [what's a 4303?] 200 1984

Hey all - picked up an '84 242 (b23f/m46) awhile ago. No info from previous owner on mods, but it sure acts like its got a hot cam in it. Can't idle right no matter what I dally with, hates sub-2k rpm, goes like a rocket all the way to 5800, and seems quicker than a stock turbo even though it doesn't have one... The only markings on the cam are a number: 4303, located between the number one ane two cylinder lobes, and some sort of logo in the fourth cyl lobe region. Nothing stamped into the end. Checked out Daveshan's cam spreadsheat, but had no luck. Anyone know?

Thanks much,
Rob
