2 questions: Is this car a good deal and will it run on Biodiesel? 200 1984

The car:
1984 Volvo 240 Diesel, R-Sport package, 128,000 miles, 'near-showroom' condition, cloth interior, 2nd owner. Tires, muffler etc. all in excellent shape. It really is quite clean. Timing belt has NOT been done.

2nd question: Does this diesel run well on Biodiesel? So I have to change anything to use this fuel (hoses, seals, etc.).
