Adding Expansion tank w/ coolant sensor 700 1989

I don't think the 740/760 or 940 series cars were wired from the factory for this feature. I believe it only came from the factory in the 960 cars.

The wires that are close to your reservoir are probably used for setting your base idle and CO mixtures in LH2.2 controlled cars...I think your '89 turbo is still LH2.2 If the wires are green/white and or black/red then those are them.

You can probably buy a bracket that will fit on the strut tower to hold the square tank, if not you could probably make one yourself. Check the FAQ for the components and wiring necessary to hook up the system to your car.
