what year Overdrive button? 140-160

I think it's only the M46 that came with the knobs on the shifter. The 1975 240 with B20 had the M45 or M46 gearbox (no M41). But I indeed do think the first years 240's had the sliding knob. Also some 264's had it; I had one of those. But even with the sliding knob you 'should' be using a relay, altough I never did myself...
