V2 Inside Picture 444-544

Looks good!
Like Bob said, it may be easier to keep the switch you have. Certainly the momentary push-buttons are more obtainable than the slider. Here's how to wire it up:
Get yourself the 240 OD relay with terminal designations; 15, 31, 85, 86, 87.
Run ground to teminal 31.
Run keyed power to terminal 15 then a jumper from 15 to your shift knob switch.
The other terminal of the shift switch goes to terminal 86.
One side of your solenoid and the indicator light go to terminal 87 (the other side of the solenoid goes to ground).
One side of the lockout switch on top of the gearbox goes to terminal 85 (the other side of the lockout goes to ground).
Wiring it this way will take the car out of OD if you shift out of fourth.

A cheaper way to wire it is with the 140/240 headlight relay found at the local wrecking yard, terminals 15, 31, 56, 56a, 56b, 81a (terminals 56b and 81a won't be used).
Run one side of your shift knob switch to ground and the other side of the switch to terminal 31.
Run keyed power to terminal 15 and piggyback that with terminal 56.
Run a wire from terminal 56a to the lockout switch (and from the lockout to the solenoid). 56a should also get your indicator light. If you shift out of fourth with the OD on it'll still be on when you get back to fourth.
Beast,
Shayne.
