speedometer swap 200

I have found a 120mph speedo in a local pick-an-pull. It is from an 83 245 diesel. i want to replace my standard 85 mph speedo in my 83 245 N/A. Is it a simple bolt in swap? Do I need the cable and gear from donor car, so it will be calibrated correctly? My 245 is an automatic, I don't remember if the donor was auto or stick. Also what other diesel only upgrades can I pull from it. I already got the heavy duty under dash sound deadner. it also has the p/s foot well air vent. I'll pull that soon. Anything else worth grab that is unusual?
