Drivers side dook lock 200 1988

If my memory serves me correctly - there are two linkages in the left door - one to the master door control, the other to the left door - manually.

most likely a clip or linkage let go.

the most commont thing that occurs on the drivers door
(most used of the 4) is that the linkage to the handle wears out.

The best solution is to take the left rear door handle (least used door) off at a pick -U - Part, and replace the broken left driver door handle.

Check/search the archives - and there is probably better information there than I can offer.

hope this helps

Good Luck

G
