740 Sunroof dripping argg.... 700

HI Folks,
I’m having sunroof leakage problems. I was able to correct this in the past by blowing compressed air into the water channels inside the sunroof.
But this year I still keep getting water dripping from the sunroof handle (manual sunroof) when it rains. It will drip when I’m making turns. I opened my sunroof and the channels do not appear to be clogged as no water is accumulating. I even poured water into the channels to test all four water outlets and water is coming out fine.

When I look into the sunroof, I see 2 screws that are in the same area as the handle. It has some padding around the screws that are really wet. I think the padding is supposed to hold the water out? Any clues on how to rectify this ?
