Where can I get one of these neat little keychains without spending all the $$$ this guy is asking? 900

Well, it's not just some non-descript car -- it's actually a Volvo -- so they were probably custom-made for that event. Perhaps no more than 1000 of them made? (I'm guessing!) If you ask me, the price seems pretty fair. Heck, I bet a "generic" Volvo keychain from the dealer cost $20.
When you consider you will likely never see another one of these again, it could even be considered a bargain.
Just buy the thing and enjoy it. Life's too short to quibble over $20.
