I think my 960 is dead 900 1993

being a volvo mechanic I see a lot of models, the latest one is a 1993 960, which appears to be suffering from a broken timing belt, which im almost positive means a bad cylinder head, what im not sure of is does this mean that the entire engine needs to be replaced, or at least rebuilt.
does anyone know of a place to buy a cylinder head? thats is if thats all thats wrong with it.
